Client-side processing

Text tool input is processed locally in your browser with JavaScript. The text you paste or type into a tool is not sent to our servers for processing. Page assets, analytics, and optional auth/session requests may still contact the services described below.

Data we do not collect

• We do not collect the text you enter into any tool.
• The public tools do not require email addresses, names, or account credentials.
• We do not set cookies for analytics.
• We do not sell data to third parties.

Local storage

MakeMyTxt currently uses your browser's localStorage only for tool convenience data:

• Recent emoji picks — the emoji picker stores your last 20 selections for quick access.
• Text entered into tools is not saved in localStorage by the app.
• You can clear this browser storage at any time through your browser settings.

Shared MakeMy sign-in, if used, may rely on separate browser cookies handled by Supabase.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights on every page. These services provide aggregate pageview and performance metrics for the site.

These analytics run separately from tool processing and do not receive the text you paste into tools.

Advertising

The current MakeMyTxt app shell does not load Google AdSense, ad slots, or an advertising consent banner.

Third-party services

MakeMyTxt is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. Shared MakeMy account handoff is powered by Supabase when a user starts that flow through the MakeMy Toolkit hub. These services may receive standard technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, and browser information.

Children

MakeMyTxt is a general-purpose utility site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we collect no personal data during tool use, there is nothing to delete.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
